RightStart Process

RightSTART is a low-cost way for companies to learn how to manage information overload and improve communication with their channels.

The purpose of rightSTART is to provide a comprehensive report, which delivers analysis and recommendations to improve your company’s channels of communication. rightSTART takes approximately two to three weeks, depending upon the mutual schedule of activities and is designed so as to minimally impact the company’s resources.

At the conclusion of rightSTART, the company receives their rightSTART Report containing the following deliverables:
  • Executive Summary – a concise overview of recommendations
  • Business Case - an objective analysis with actionable recommendations
  • Company Project Plan – an implementation plan based upon recommendations
    and actionable steps that can be initiated by the company.
  • MobileVue Project Plan - a proposed implementation plan based upon the recommendations
  • ROI- a quantitative business analysis
  • Information Architecture – suggested approach to organizing channels of communication
  • Content Inventory - catalog of existing channel communication information

Given that channel communication is mission critical and crosses functional areas, rightSTART utilizes information collected from a variety of individuals within your company. The information collection process is conducted through an on-site visit and teleconferences as required (e.g., international individuals). An initial teleconference call is scheduled to review the rightSTART process, objectives and deliverables.

Our experience indicates that the on-site visit may require approximately 2 days. In addition it is critical that we have executive management commitment and participation in the information collection process so as to maximize the value of the program. Typically participation is required by the following individuals:
  • Executive Sponsor
  • Vice President Marketing
  • Vice President Sales
  • Top performing Sales Professional
  • Vice President IT/IS
  • VP Channel Development
  • Project Manager

The fee for the rightSTART program described above ranges from $5,000 to $15,000 plus travel and expenses. The fee is based on the scope and depth of the analysis required.
